It needs software that respects the boundary between assistance and clinical responsibility.
Voyantt brings experience in real-time transcription, document processing, high-scale search, multi-tenant products, and human-reviewed automation to healthcare teams. We start with the data path, the person responsible for review, and what the software must never decide by itself.
What We Can Help Build
A useful transcription workflow is more than speech-to-text. It includes consent and recording controls, audio quality, speaker handling, correction, document generation, access, retention, and the handoff to the system where the note belongs.
Voyantt has deployed real-time OpenAI Whisper transcription on self-hosted Jitsi infrastructure for 600 concurrent employees. That was not a clinical deployment. It is relevant engineering experience in the scale, latency, infrastructure, and workflow around transcription.
Referrals, reports, forms, scans, and attachments can be classified and converted into structured fields using parsing, OCR fallback, and model-assisted extraction. For healthcare use, confidence and human validation should be part of the interface—not hidden implementation details.
Our existing document-intelligence work is proof-of-concept and cross-industry experience. A healthcare implementation would be validated against the client’s documents, terminology, permissions, and risk controls.
Teams should be able to ask a question against protocols, formularies, policies, or internal guidance and see the source material behind the answer. We build hybrid retrieval, access controls, citations, and review around the search experience.
Our production search experience includes a 330M-record hybrid index operating at 50–200ms. Healthcare relevance lies in the retrieval architecture, not in pretending that candidate search is a clinical case study.
We build multi-tenant portals, role-based access, document uploads, notifications, status tracking, payments, and audit history. These foundations can support patient, provider, or administrative workflows when the specific integration and compliance requirements are established with the client.
Scheduling, communications, document storage, payment, partner APIs, and existing internal products often need to work together before an AI feature creates value. We design the data ownership, authentication, failure handling, and recovery across those systems.
Our Position
Proof of Delivery
Our published portfolio does not yet include a production clinical deployment. It does include relevant building blocks:
We prefer that precise description to making a healthcare claim the portfolio cannot support.
First Steps
Start a conversation
No pitch deck. We will ask about the users, the current system, the constraints, and what cannot go wrong. If there is a fit, the next step is a written proposal covering the approach, scope, risk, timeline, and cost.
