HOSPITALITY & CONSUMER

A booking is a promise made by several systems at once.

Availability, payment, confirmation, reminders, staff, CRM, and fulfilment all have to agree before the guest experiences one successful interaction.

Voyantt builds the software and integrations behind that journey—from the first enquiry or reservation to the operational work that follows.

Multi-tenant ready

Booking and scheduling

We connect real-time availability, reservation rules, payment, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up. That may involve Calendly, Zoom, custom scheduling logic, Postmark email, Sinch SMS, or another existing provider.

The important questions sit between the tools: When is a slot actually held? What happens if payment succeeds after availability changes? Which system cancels the reservation? How does staff see the exception?

Subscription and membership products

Subscriptions become complicated when plans change mid-cycle, charges fail, amounts are adjusted, or a customer needs self-service control.

For ChabadWorks, Voyantt connected Calendly demo booking and Typeform lead capture to CRM and onboarding. A custom Stripe subscription flow allows administrators to change an amount mid-cycle and automatically charge the difference.

The site is the entry point to a wider multi-tenant product serving Chabad centers. We keep this claim to the published scope rather than presenting it as a hotel-management deployment.

Event operations

Event-driven organisations need more than a public registration page. Leads, guest lists, staff, payments, communications, fundraising, documents, and follow-up become one operational workflow.

Our current portfolio includes ChabadWorks and Better Event Hire. Individual case studies should be published before the site makes detailed outcome claims for those projects.

Consumer commerce

We build WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, custom checkout, payment, and content-led commerce experiences. Torterie Macaron is part of the existing consumer portfolio. Until a complete case study is published, the page should describe the confirmed storefront work without invented performance numbers.

Multi-location and multi-organisation platforms

When one product serves multiple venues, chapters, organisers, or franchises, each organisation may need isolated data, branding, staff permissions, pricing, scheduling, and reporting.

Our SaaS engineering work provides the foundation: organisation-level scoping, role-based access, shared workflows, notifications, payments, documents, and cloud delivery.

First Steps

Questions we would ask first

01 Which step does the guest believe is confirmed before the operation does?
02 Which system owns availability?
03 When is inventory or a time slot reserved and released?
04 What happens after failed or delayed payment?
05 Which communications are operationally critical?
06 Do multiple venues or organisations need separate data and configuration?
07 Where does staff currently correct the system by hand?

No pitch deck. We will ask about the users, the current system, the constraints, and what cannot go wrong. If there is a fit, the next step is a written proposal covering the approach, scope, risk, timeline, and cost.
