API & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

The happy path is not the integration.

The demo works when the token is valid, both systems are available, the data matches, and nobody retries the request. Production begins when one of those assumptions fails.

Voyantt designs the complete path between systems: ownership, mapping, authentication, timing, failure handling, reconciliation, and the operator’s view of what happened.

What We Integrate

Most integration problems are ownership problems first

Before writing a connector, we establish which system owns each field and business rule. If a price changes in the ERP and the storefront also allows an edit, which one wins? If a customer exists twice, which identifier survives? If the target accepts an order but the response times out, is it safe to send it again?

Those decisions become the architecture. Without them, the API simply moves ambiguity faster.

Our published work spans Acumatica, Shopify, Magento, Dialpad, QuickBooks Online, eBay, Stripe, eWAY, PayPal, Twilio, Google services, FTP feeds, and internal APIs. The platform names change; the recurring engineering concerns do not.

ERP and commerce

Products, variants, inventory, customer-specific prices, visibility rules, credit, orders, invoices, and accounts receivable rarely fit into a one-to-one field map. We design precedence, regional differences, event-driven updates, scheduled reconciliation, and safe recovery.

In the Frontier Dental platform, Acumatica remains the source of truth for two regional storefronts while the application applies customer context and buying workflows on top.

Payments and financial events

Payment Intent creation is only the beginning. We handle webhooks, signatures, duplicate delivery, off-session charging, subscriptions, refunds, failed payments, invoice reconciliation, and the user states surrounding them.

Our work includes Stripe, eWAY Secure Fields, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, credit limits, pay-later flows, and the application of payments and credit memos across invoices.

Communications and analytics

Call, transcript, user, office, and coaching data from Dialpad feed eight production workflows. The integration handles cursor pagination, async exports, enrichment, backfill, and recovery before managers ever see an AI-generated insight.

Migrations and high-volume data movement

A migration should be inspectable and repeatable. For Powerland, we separated Magento extraction, local transformation, and Shopify loading so failures could be fixed without returning to the beginning. Bulk operations reduced a 24-hour run to around 30 minutes.

Under The Hood

What we engineer around the connection

When to bring us in

You may be replacing a brittle integration nobody wants to touch, connecting an ERP to a new channel, adding a payment provider, moving a catalogue, or designing the integration layer of a new product. We can begin with a focused review or own the complete delivery.

The earlier we can clarify data ownership and failure behaviour, the less expensive the integration becomes to operate.

Tell us what you are trying to make work.

No pitch deck. We will ask about the users, the current system, the constraints, and what cannot go wrong. If there is a fit, the next step is a written proposal covering the approach, scope, risk, timeline, and cost.
